Residents of Ahuntsic-Cartierville and Verdun, don't miss the boat BIXI!

We announced, on August 2nd, the launch of pilot projects in four Montreal boroughs.  Thanks to your great enthusiasm towards this initiative, we are proud to confirm the installation of ten (10) BIXI stations: five (5) in Ahuntsic-Cartierville and five (5) in Verdun. As of Friday, August 13, these BIXI stations are in service and ready for you to use.  We invite you to experience the BIXI service in these new areas and find out how pleasant it is to go shopping on a BIXI bike!

Roll into the Rogers Cup on a BIXI bike!

From Friday, August 13 to Sunday, August 22, tennis fans will be able to make their way to Stade Uniprix on BIXI bikes to watch the best female tennis players in the world play at this prestigious event. The BIXI team will install a depot station, and will be there everyday to reclaim your bikes throughout the entire event. 

For this occasion, the BIXI station located at the corner of Faillon Street and St-Laurent Boulevard will be moved close to the main entrance of the stadium, starting on Wednesday, August 11, until the end of the tournament.

Come to the 4 to 8 Cocktail time at the Garden on a BIXI bike!

From Thursdays to Saturdays until Labour Day weekend, the Botanical Garden invites you for Botanical cocktails, tapas and music to be held on the terrace of the restaurant from 4 pm to 8 pm. Fridays and Saturdays a Jazz Duo is also on the menu. To find out about the programming for the upcoming weeks, visit the Botanical Garden’s Website. Please note that the Botanical Garden may hold another such event on Labour Day, weather permitting and if the attendance is sufficient.

A BIXI station at the Joliette metro station!

As of yesterday, Wednesday, August 4, the metro Joliette BIXI station is set up and fully functional. The station is located on Joliette Street at the corner of Hochelaga Street. Responding to your numerous demands, we proceeded with this installation and are convinced that this station will quickly become one of the neighborhood’s most popular!
