First you have to activate your BIXI-key before using a bike.

  • 1.

    Click on "Activate your BIXI-key" or access your BIXI space.

  • 2.

    Enter the user name and password you chose when you subscribed online.

  • 3.

    Enter in the appropriate space your seven-digit BIXI-key number printed on the back of the key.

Quick and simple, just like the BIXI system. You can also activate your key by calling 514-789-BIXI (2494).

Your subscription starts the moment the key is activated. If you activate your BIXI-key before the BIXI season starts, your subscription will start on the first day the system is in service.

Valid for the entire in-service period (May to November); expires after 365 days.

First 30 minutes included for each trip with your subscription, a BIXI-key and your personal online BIXI space. Usage fees for longer trips apply.
